Smoothie Recipes

As warm weather finally seems to be arriving (well… kind of) we can start looking forward to our favourite summer foods and drinks. Finding a great recipe can be difficult and time consuming, so we are going to save you some time! In the ‘Smoothies’ task we asked Roamlers to share their favourite smoothie recipe. There were loads of delicious submissions and below we have shared some of our favourites. Since Roamlers described their ingredients in such various ways, we included the picture they submitted of their ingredients so the ingredients and measurements are as clear as possible.

Fruitmix smoothie
2 apples
1 pear
2 bananas
1 orange
2 plums


1 banana
1 grasp of blueberries
1 orange
1 natural yoghurt


Strawberry Ice Cream
250 ml soya milk
Splash of strawberry and rhubarb juice
6-7 strawberries
2 large spoonfuls of Herbalife vanilla powder
1 small scoop of protein powder


Revitalizing spinach smoothie
2 cups of spinich
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup frozen mango
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon of chia seed
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Get your oats
1 cup of oats
1 banana
1 yoghurt (usually Greek)
1 quarter pint of milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of Nutella

Berry Blast
Hand full of blueberries
Hand full of raspberries
Hand full strawberries
1 small pot of Greek style yogurt with honey
Milk until it is of your preferred thickness


1 pear
1 kiwi
2-3 Bananas
