Do you remember this task? We got our inspiration for this one while watching the movie Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps. We saw how an ex-convict was released from prison after having done a lot of time. When leaving prison he received all his belongings when he first entered the prison all those years ago. The thing that caught our attention, was that the man was released in the year 2001 and was given a mobile phone back from the year 1993. It was a huge lumpy device and looked so old school that we almost couldn’t imagine that that was ever called a mobile phone. You should actually call it more or less a mobile refrigerator since it was almost as big.
That’s when we thought: this could be a cool task idea! So we started to brainstorm and we thought it would be really fun to see what kind of old pieces of electronics you had lying around in the basement or in the attic.
It was amazing to see all the old Playstations pass by and telephones that you had to hold with two hands. We thought it would be cool to show you some of the old school vintage pieces that were submitted. Some photos were so great that we even had to show them separately!
